Coach Mode sessions default to a 2:1 ratio — two learners per coach, real group practice, not a lecture — at every level, A2 through C1. A 1:1 session is available as a paid per-session upgrade whenever you want the coach's full attention.
Within your level, you choose your own pace — Steady, Standard, Accelerated, or Intensive — which sets how many Coach Mode sessions you get per month and roughly how quickly you're likely to progress toward the next level, based on real Cambridge-aligned guided-learning-hour estimates.

Your plan includes a real number of Coach sessions and Experience sessions each billing cycle — not unlimited, because each one is a real person's live time, not a video you can rewatch. Sessions don't carry over to the next cycle, the same way a gym membership or a phone plan doesn't bank unused minutes.
But if you've already booked a session, it's protected — even if it happens to fall right after your cycle resets. And you'll get real reminders, automatically, if a cycle is ending and you haven't used what's included — so you're never caught off guard.
If a Coach Teacher or Native doesn't show up, that's on us, never on you. The platform automatically tries to reassign you to another available teacher; if that's genuinely not possible, your session is rescheduled for free and never counted against your plan. You are never charged for a session XLEMETY failed to deliver.
